Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery

We use Federal Express Ground or U.S. Mail as our shipping carriers.  Your order will be shipped from our on-line store in Eagle, CO and should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the time you placed your order.  At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental U.S.

Damage

Your merchandise has been packaged with care by the staff at kitchencollage.com, and we hope that it arrived safely.  Please do not throw away any packing materials until you have inspected your merchandise for damage.  If you notice any damage, please call FedEx Ground immediately at 1-800-762-3725.  They will ask for the package’s tracking number which is on the outside of the box and will make arrangements to inspect and/or pick up the package.  Please give us a call at 888-239-4743 so that we can file a claim and replace your damaged merchandise.  Please leave a detailed message along with your phone number and we will return your call within 24 hours.  We will replace your merchandise and ship it to you for free if you follow these simple procedures.
