Is my credit card information secure?
Yes!  Authorize.net, our credit card processing company keeps your credit card information safe and secure by using SSL technology.  This technology makes your credit card information unreadable to anyone trying to intercept it.

How can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, you may e-mail us at info@kitchencollage.com or call us at 888-239-4743.  Please leave a detailed message along with your phone number and we will return your call within 24 hours.

How do I know if something is backordered?
We will notify you by e-mail if the product(s) you ordered are on back-order.  If items are on back-order, please expect a 4-6 week delay in shipping.


What type of shipping does kitchencollage.com offer?
At this time, kitchencollage.com offers standard delivery to addresses within the continental United States.  We use Federal Express Ground or U.S. Mail as our shipping carriers.  Your order will be shipped from our on-line store in Eagle, CO and should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the time you placed your order.  At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental U.S.

Can I ship to more than one address?
You may ship to more than one address by placing separate orders for each address. 

What should I do if my package does not arrive within seven business days?
Please contact us at info@kitchencollage.com or at 888-239-4743, and we will track your package for you.

What should I do if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Your merchandise has been packaged with care by the staff at kitchencollage.com, and we hope that it arrived safely.  Please do not throw away any packing materials until you have inspected your merchandise for damage.  If you notice any damage, please call FedEx Ground immediately at 1-800-762-3725.  They will ask for the package’s tracking number which is on the outside of the box and will make arrangements to inspect and/or pick up the package.  Please give us a call at 888-239-4743 so that we can file a claim and replace your damaged merchandise.  Please leave a detailed message along with your phone number and we will return your call within 24 hours.  We will replace your merchandise and ship it to you for free if you follow these simple procedures.

What is kitchencollage.com’s return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from kitchencollage.com for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days of your order.  You may request an exchange or a refund.  Your return must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or by a copy of your original gift receipt. 

Returns accompanied by a copy of the original receipt will be refunded to the credit card that you used to place your order.

Merchandise returned with a copy of your gift registry receipt may be exchanged for different merchandise of equal value.  We will most likely contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss your exchange.

Returns by mail
If you would like to return an item by mail, please complete the return form that was shipped with your merchandise and include it in the package along with a copy of your original receipt.

If you do not have your return form, please make sure that you include the following information with your return:

Reason for Return
Action to be Taken (replacement or exchange)
Credit Card Number and Expiration Date (This is necessary to refund your credit card)

The shipping cost for returning an item is your responsibility.  We strongly recommend that you pack the item properly and insure it since we cannot issue credit for broken or damaged goods.  Please choose a shipping carrier and send your return to one of the following addresses:

What should I do if my product is broken and it’s under warranty?
Many of our products come with warranties.  Please fill out the warranty card included with your product and mail it to the appropriate company.  If you have any trouble with your product, please contact the product’s company directly.  If you need our assistance with a warranty issue, please call us at 888-239-4743.  Please leave a detailed message along with your phone number and we will return your call within 24 hours.

Will I be charged sales tax?
You will only be charged sales tax if your order is being shipped to an address in Colorado.

Are gift certificates available on-line?
At this time, we are not able to offer gift certificates on-line.  If you wish to purchase a gift certificate, please call our retail store, Kitchen Collage of Vail Valley, toll free at 1-888-239-4743.  Our gift certificates may only be redeemed at our retail store, Kitchen Collage of Vail Valley in Edwards, Colorado.  We hope to offer gift certificates on-line for the upcoming holiday season.

What if I would like to order something that I saw at your retail store, but it’s not available at your on-line store?
